Private cloud, engineered around your environment

A dedicated copy of the vControl communications platform, deployed within an environment chosen for your organisation and managed by the engineers who built it.

A dedicated copy of vControl

Private cloud provides your organisation with its own dedicated vControl platform rather than an account operating within shared infrastructure.

The deployment can be designed to run within an approved data centre, private environment or hosting arrangement selected around your operational, connectivity and assurance requirements. The result is the full vControl communications capability specifically designed for your organisation.

Direct connectivity to your internal systems

Private cloud is ideal for organisations that need communications workflows to connect with internal databases, private CRMs, line-of-business applications, directories or network services that should not be publicly accessible.

A private cloud deployment provides greater flexibility to tailor vControl around the organisation. Features, integrations, workflows and deployment settings can be customised beyond the standard options available in the public environment, allowing the platform to align more closely with operational, security and governance requirements.

Capacity for today and what comes next

Private cloud uses the same scalable platform architecture that supports up to 99,980 endpoints within a single account today, with further expansion able to be assessed where required.

Capacity can be planned around current users, locations, call volumes and integration workloads, then expanded as the organisation grows. Scale does not require the organisation to give up advanced call handling, custom workflows, live quality monitoring or resilience.

Dedicated deployments can also be sized with operational headroom so expected growth, traffic events and continuity scenarios are considered before they become urgent.

Operated by the engineers who built it

The platform remains maintained and supported by vControl. Our Australian engineering team manages platform software, service health and the communications components included within the deployment.

System conditions and call quality can be monitored in real time, giving our team visibility beyond a basic online or offline status. Standard support is available during business hours, with 24/7 emergency engineering support available to existing customers when service-critical assistance is required.

Bring your carrier relationships

Organisations with established SIP trunks or carrier agreements can bring those connections into the private deployment.

The platform can also use vControl’s three independent carrier connections as alternative eligible paths. This allows the design to retain a preferred carrier relationship while adding route diversity and redundancy for inbound and outbound calling.

Multi-location architecture for continuity

A private deployment can extend across geographically separated locations when high availability is required.

vControl can build a multi-location architecture with replicated platform services, synchronised configuration and defined failover behaviour. The design can account for infrastructure, carrier and location-level disruptions while preserving the privacy of the organisation.

Recovery objectives, capacity at each location and the behaviour of dependent systems are agreed during architecture discovery so the continuity model reflects the organisation’s actual priorities.
